Evil Dead: Hail to the King reviews ( 4 )

JayZ., Jul 4, 2001

Don't let the other reviews fool you! This game rocks, especially for the fans of the Evil Dead movies. I suspect the reason that some might hate this game is because it's too hard for them. Boo Hoo! A real game that presents a real challenge for a change. If you have been spoiled by the schlock that has come down the pipe in the video game market for the last ten years, this game isn't for you. Its difficulty might damage your fragile self-image. Hail to the King, baby!

I only have one problem with this game: the endless assault of respawning deadites. This game stays true to the trilogy and is a must for any fan. Even though the respawning enemies are anoying, they are part of the Evil Dead universe. You never get much of a break between fights, but neither did Ash in the movie. If you are a fan of the trilogy, or just like survival horror, this is your game. This game gives the SURVIVAL in survival horror all new meaning.

This game is for evil dead diehards and yes its not the easyest game ever but thats the great thing and if your a true fan of the evil dead you would jump into this game with both feet yelling "Hail to the KING" and thats just what i did.

This game is only for Evil Dead biggest fans, fanboys and diehards. Meanwhile it's total crap for everyone else including me. Had some fun for 5 minutes before quiting.
