Apart from nice graphics, Layers of Fear 2 was a boring game that went on a bit too long. From cheap scenes in which you are being hunted by a monster to locked doors that spawn new corridors behind you, nothing really feels new. It is basically the first game but a bit longer. Story was pretty weak compared to the first one also and it did not scare me much. Other "walking simulators" do it better. Bloober Team needs to come up with something new, the formula has lost its spark.

Layers of weird. The game starts out slow with minor chills and creeps you slowly by slowly. My favorite type of beginning of a thrilling experience, until you actually notice you are getting no where with the story line. Randomly added pop-up scares every other second until you get tired of the most significant horror of monster mannequins that simply just try to grab and kill you, giving you the one and only exact death scene every time they do. The devs tried so hard to add weirdness poetry into the game every room you get into, you realize you are not having fun with the game at all. Positive points were the graphics and voice acting. Would definitely not play again, and not interested in a sequel. There are many better low-budget horror games out there with better story lines. Pass

I don't see much point in this boring ass sack, running around mazes and developing a **** story. LOF 1 was good but this is too damn boring and full of **** to be worth playing.
