now this is a game that keeps me busy for sometime, and it's gloriously amazing! I'm a dark souls type of gamer and I like a lot of RPGs. this one has surpassed my expectations! Well done City Interactive!

I'm gonna spend many hours on that staff... Graphics... Climate... Nice combat system... VERY good idea with challenging exp collecting system, that you get more xp points when killing more monsters...

I have to change my mind after the first playthrough and score 9. Armors, weapons, characters detail are stunning. Almost so difficult as DS. Boss fights and character customization are great. I enjoyed it.

Take dark souls and go berserk on graphics, too berserk. Add some story telling and you get LOTF with amazing atmosphere - a game almost unique to itself. This is definitely big surprise for me - gamer's jewel and quite underrated. Lots of replay value. Add few OP enemies and some heavy damage spells. Slightly modify combat for people's various tastes. Lords of the Fallen - game with a lot if potential, just bad publicity due to enormous loyal fan base of souls. Oh wait for it - controls are amazing with keyboard and mouse - the mouse does need mouse 4 and 5 though. Some minor glitches left after all the patches that were released. Honesly this is a great game to be released on the market that would hopefully generate healthy competition in the genre. I Couldn't play games since I have finished Witcher 3, but this did not bore me one bit. Recommended for those who like to try something new

Lords of the Fallen fails to live up to the grandeur of its name. While some components, like the actual melee combat, are well-built and polished, the sum of all its parts will not be able to keep most gamers entertained for more than a day. As a singleplayer-only game, that is disappointing. Look for it on sales days.

Couldn't post my review to my normal site for some reason so doing it here >. A solid 5/10 Suffers from the same issues Dark Souls did. Namely::: Poorly optimised port (oh so many of them out there) Crashing (its been out for how long now, and its still crashing on people) Slow response - sluggish combat The optimisation like most console ports is terrible, even after patch 1.6 where its possible to run relatively smooth 60FPS with a 780 GPU, its still noticeable that the game shouldn't be hammering the GPU as hard as it does. The crashing, its still happening, I only just got this game and after crashing half a dozen times I looked it up online and found out that its been a problem since day dot. The fact its still broken means I'm definably deduction points. if there is one thing I hate most about AAA games nowadays other than how easy they "usually" are, buyable DLC, always online DRM, and how short they are, its bugs that never get fixed. Combat, it most definably should been faster. Don't get me wrong, I like both Dark Soul (2) and this game, however in both games the slow sluggish combat infuriates me to no end, so I cant play the game for very long before I have to stop playing, and i'm not talking about rage quitting from deaths, this is after a successful bout. I'm more akin to spectacle fighters and twitch combat where sub second timings are key. Timing may be key in Dark Souls and LotF BUT hitting those timings, even when done correctly, then waiting for what feels like an age for things to happen just doesn't feel right. It is easily be possible to create realistic feeling combat without the delay, so why keep creating games like this that could be so much better with more responsive controls. 5/10 , could have and should have been better.

Sinceramente no me gusto, la mecánica de juego, la dinámica de los combates, espere mucho realmente es una de las peores compras que hice, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, hay otras opciones mucho mejores.
