Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime Crack/Patch

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is a 2-player co-op micro-platformer set inside a neon spaceship locked in battle with hordes of space baddies. Players work together running back and forth between ship control rooms, manning turrets, lasers, shields and thrusters to rack up points and stave off a vacuumy demise. In mish-mash terms you could describe it as Jumpman meets Asteroids meets Han saying "Don't get cocky."

I remember playing this game with the dev at either PAX or E3 and asking if he had heard of the Space Alert board game (where you need to jiggle the screensaver else your ship might come crashing down). He confirmed, and fortunately he made this game much less comedic dystopian and much more comedic fun. This is a great game to play with a significant other who might not be into videogames, up there with Portal. The art and sound is approachable and cute, you can tell the non-gamer that there really are only two buttons, and it's immediate laughs when someone tries to pilot the ship and runs into an wall: "It came out of nowhere!" I've only dived a few hours into the game and the only issue I can see is a short shelf life, like with Nidhogg or Towerfall Ascension. But I may be pleasantly surprised the more I play, there appear to be many unlocks available. Otherwise, if you want a breath of fresh air for couch co-op this is the game for you. It's a much more memorable experience than a ticket to a movie anyways.

I haven't had so much fun playing couch co-op (or single player honestly) in a long time. This game completely surprised me at how addicting and fun it is. 9/10 would definitely pick up!

The trailer is great. Art style is pleasing. Single player gameplay quickly (20% into the game) becomes boring. There just isn't much to do or collect. Not a bad game but not great either.
