Everything you'd expect from Valve; deep and interesting story, puzzles that aren't too easy but aren't too hard, fantastic humour and beautiful graphics. One of my favourite games of all time.

Simply the best Valve game ever. It took the brilliance and innovation of Portal and formed it into an actual full fledged title.Proof that Valve still dominates PC gaming and knows how to bring the public high quality titles.

Loved the game. I love all the small touches all around the game from the funny posters to the way the background music reacts to player actions and adds well to the atmosphere. I found the voice acting, the characters and their scripts to be entertaining, we're going to be quoting Cave Johnson for a long time. The puzzles designs were good and well thought out, hard enough to slow down the players as they work things out but not stop them, so a good pace can be set throughout the game. Haven't finished the co op yet but we are having a great time with it so far. Graphics are good and a good amount of time can be spent just looking around the levels appreciating the looks. I really did enjoy the story and the speed with which it develops, overall I reckon they chose a good length for the game to prevent it from getting stale, just as fun to do in one big sitting or several small sittings without losing your place. The adverts and teaser clips they put out for this game really built up the hype for me, so I'm glad I wasn't disappointed, not to mention that little competition they had going in order to get the game released earlier was a fantastic idea as far as I was concerned. Good job valve, now wheres half life 3?

Astoundingly fun and funny. The single player campaign took me 7 hours and I did not get stuck on any puzzles. I have yet to try Co-Op so I will not comment on the length or difficulty of that component. Portal 2 is an improvement on every level from the original Portal.

I thought this game would be great, not amazing, haha i was wrong. the only complaint i can think of is the micro transactions. but hey, if people wanna give valve more money for hats, so they can keep making games of this quality (when they finally get around to making a game, that is) im happy. superb.

some people are complaining about Portal's transformation into half life episode 3. this game rocks. its a good portal game. it has superb mind blowing puzzles. narration is incredible. Glados' passive-aggressive dialogues are super funny! Go buy it, work on puzzles achievements when you are done with the game find a friend and play multi-player. and get over with it. ITS A VALVE GAME. VALVE ROCKS!

Basically in Portal 2 you're spending $60 for a poorly done console port. The puzzles aren't horribly challenging and the game engine Value has been using since Half-Life 2 is starting to show its age despite all spit polish the developers have rubbed on it. Graphically it looks remarkably like Left 4 Dead, and I swear they're actually repeating textures used in that game. At best this game is worth $24.99 and not a penny more.
