The Tiny Bang Story reviews ( 7 )

Beautiful graphics style and amazing music. A great mix of point-and-click and puzzles. Really charming and funny. Only complaint is that it is a little short for its price.

This is a very casual and relaxing puzzle game for all ages. The whimsical artwork and airy soundtrack made it an pleasant escape. The puzzles are challenging enough to be fun, but not impossible. I could see how the die hard puzzle fanatics would fine this too simple, but for just the casual enthusiast, it offers plenty of enjoyment.

Just click everything seems to be the solution to this game... Okay maybe not, however it’s a really well presented game with very well thought out aesthetic environments. Point and click as a genre, is very hit and miss for me. I will either love the game or despise it; there is very little middle ground… I personally loved this game because it felt a lot like a HOG with occasional mini puzzles so it felt fresh and interesting… The game is quite short, I appear to have completed this within 3 hours, however I must say if it had gone on for too much longer I possibly could have lost interest due to repetitiveness or some stinker mini-puzzles.

Pretty nice puzzle-adventure game, based on finding hidden items needed to proceed. Graphics kind of reminds me Machinarium. Game play is not very long, I was done in one night, but overall it was enjoyment for me.

It is beautiful and enjoyable to play. The puzzles are interesting, and some are pretty challenging, but not annoying. But the gaming experience is not very consistent some designs are not very friendly, and could be improved. The biggest flaw is the length. I think most people can finish it in 5 hours. With the inconsistent experience and very short play through, the price of $10 is pretty-overpriced. Fortunately, steam frequently offers very greatly deals of indie games, and you can get it at less than $3, which I think is very worthy.

I had never played a hidden object game before - at least, not in recent times - and seeing as I already owned (and had installed) this game, I figured, why not try it out? As it turns out, this game is pretty meh. The core gameplay is, unsurprisingly, searching the environment for bits to solve puzzles with, then solving little puzzle minigames. There is no story, and while the style is decent enough, there's really very little reason to care about this game - it is pure gameplay, and the gameplay just isn't very gripping, as all it is is basically "find the objects hidden in plain sight".
