Tom Clancy's The Division reviews ( 7 )

Great game so far. Love the RPG elements. Having a great time playing with friends. If you are looking for an RPG this is for you.. if you want a COD like shooter, look elsewhere

Купил игру полгода назад. Тогда она была люто скучной. Был тупой гринд. Выкатили пачку годных обнов. Гринд остался, но прибавил в разнообразии и интересности. Я остался очень доволен игрой. Жду третье DLC.

Brilliant game, interesting concept. The missions are tedious but after reaching level 30, the darkzone is a thrill place to be in. I especially love teaming up with other players and farming in darkzone, not to mention looting and building up the characters is quite rewarding. Overall I loved the game, looking forward to the expansions.

The Division have been in development for quite some time as of now, although extremely hyped thanks to the misleading trailer released at the E3 2014 the game is indeed playable and enjoyable with a small group of friends but nothing memorable. The game try to fit in two categories who are in contrast: it could be a tactical third person shooter but the extremely semplified enemy AI doesn't require extreme coordination to get rid of hordes of standing-by peons shrouded with hoodies and scarfs which, apparently, are made of some mystical material that absorb damage as if you were shooting with a NERF gun. This because the developers felt to blend in MMO or even MMO-RPG elements. But is The division a MMO-RPG? With a poor character customization , both aesthetically (a pool of 8 faces to choose from) and technically (few skills to choose from and no talent system so far), and non existing decisions to be taken , all set in a completely ignorable story in a nearby future, with no particular enemy , or no point in doing what you are doing if not for the sake of doing something, i would say "No". I'd also like to add that there is no way of crouching if not behind cover, no way to crawl, no stealth, no melee attacks, the little interaction with the surrounding (the above stated "crouching behind cover" and thats it) feels clumsy. Is this game worth 60€? I feel the answer is negative. The actual state of the game doesn't have the variety that would hook you for more than 20 hours. The developers showed a promising planning for the year to come so maybe the game will gain interesting aspects during the course of 2016. If you are really into this genre of game, although i can't really imagine what genre of game this is, i would suggest to wait for Steam sale or some G2A deal. I give this game a 6/10 while hoping that future releases will add contents and variety to what seems a dull game.

Looks pretty and handles well. Thats about it, sub-par everything else. The shift from leveling to end game grinding is harsh making it super repetitive. The DZ holds little value and seems tacked on. The game seemed like a really good concept but poorly executed. Something about pve mobs taking entire clips from military weapons and still going is also very immersion breaking.

It's not very good. Its just sort of generic timewasting trash. Do you like destiny and would you rather be playing an even more mediocre destiny thats a realistic 3rd person shooter where guns do no damage? If yes wait for it to go down in price then realize the servers are dead and DONT buy this game.

Three months in and the developers still haven't fixed day 0 issues. Meanwhile the publisher has opted to push a DLC scheduled for June into August at the request of Microsoft. I'm going to think twice before I spend my money with Ubisoft or Massive in the future.
